In Haryana, temporary (DC rate) employees will now be hired directly through the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam instead of contractors. This change will reduce corruption and make the hiring process fairer.
The Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam is an online portal set up by the Haryana Government to hire temporary staff for various government departments.
Earlier, the hiring was done by the departments themselves, which led to a lot of corruption and lack of transparency.
Now, with the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam, the hiring process will be smoother and more fair.
