Aadhaar Card Download:- One of the big things the Indian Government is doing online is Aadhaar Card Download. It’s a special 12-number ID given to all Indians by UIDAI. With Aadhaar, you can prove who you are and where you live anywhere in India.
Aadhaar Card Download By Aadhaar Number
Step 1: Start by going to the official UIDAI website.
Step 2: Look for ‘My Aadhaar’ and then click on ‘Download Aadhaar’ in the ‘Get Aadhaar’ section.
Step 3: Choose ‘Aadhaar Number’, type in your Aadhaar number, solve the captcha, and click ‘Send OTP’.
Step 4: You can choose to get a ‘Masked Aadhaar’. Confirm your identity by entering the OTP you received and click ‘Verify & Download’.
Step 5: Your Aadhaar card will start downloading. To open it, use an 8-digit password: the first four letters of your name in capital letters, followed by your birth year.
Aadhaar Card Download By Enrolment ID
Step 1: First, go to the official UIDAI website.
Step 2: Look for ‘My Aadhaar’ and click on ‘Download Aadhaar’ in the ‘Get Aadhaar’ section.
Step 3: Choose ‘Enrolment ID’, enter your unique 14-digit Enrolment ID, the date, time, and captcha code. Then, click ‘Send OTP’.
Step 4: Decide if you want a ‘Masked Aadhaar’. Enter the OTP and click ‘Verify & Download’.
Step 5: Your Aadhaar card will download to your device. You can print it out or save it on your phone for later use.
Aadhaar Card Download By Name And Date Of Birth
- Visit the official UIDAI website.
- Click on ‘My Aadhaar’ and then ‘Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID’.
- Choose whether you need your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID.
- Enter your name, mobile number/email ID, and captcha code.
- Click ‘Send OTP’ and wait for it to arrive.
- Once you get the OTP, enter it and click ‘Submit’.
- You’ll receive a message with your Aadhaar Number/Enrolment ID.
- Use this number to download your Aadhaar card from the website.
Aadhaar Card Download By Virtual ID
- Start by going to the official UIDAI website.
- Look for ‘My Aadhaar’ and find ‘Virtual ID (VID) Generator’ under ‘Aadhaar Services’.
- Click on it to go to the myAadhaar Portal.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘VID Generator’ tab.
- Choose ‘Generate VID’ or ‘Retrieve VID’ if you forgot it.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha, then click ‘Send OTP’.
- Enter the OTP received and click ‘Verify and Proceed’.
- Your VID will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Go back to the UIDAI website.
- Find ‘My Aadhaar’ again and select ‘Download Aadhaar’ under ‘Get Aadhaar’.
- Choose ‘Virtual ID Number’ and input your 16-digit VID and captcha.
- Click ‘Send OTP’, enter it, and click ‘Verify & Download’.
- Choose to download a ‘Masked Aadhaar’ if needed.
- Your Aadhaar card will be downloaded. Print it or save it on your phone for later use.
